For someone without much experience in buying or selling domains, it's difficult to judge what to pay or what your website is worth. If you don't already have a paypal.com account, then go and make one. This will be used in your sales of the domain. After you're received your email you can then access your account.

Selling Your Domain – What's Involved?
The most difficult part of all this is finding people who are looking for the domain that you own. You can visit sedo.om, dnforum.com, namepros.com and dhchat.com to network with others who may be looking for the domains you own. You'll have to just take your time and see if there are people that want your names.

 You can also search the forums and classified ads for possible prospects. In the meantime, you'll want to park your domain. You can do this by going to domainsponsor.com or sedo.com. You'll sign up and follow the onscreen directions. Be aware that you'll have to change name servers if you do the parking.

How To Price Your Domain
Price is very important, and as a new user, you probably don't know what your name is worth. The aforementioned sites can help you get a good appraisal. You can also reach out to more knowledgeable forum members to help give you tips and advice. You'll want to watch out for any scams that may come your way.

Most often they come in the form of emails asking to purchase your domain name. At this point you don't know if this is a sincere prospect or a scammer. You can reply, but if they want to use a registrar of their choice, you will want to use at least 2 other registrars for the appraisal service. This is because often, they own the appraisal service themselves and want to dupe you into thinking your domain is not worth as much as it really is.
